Get your new Apple kit from us or the Apple Stores and we can install it and get it working for you. We often have used kit in stock and can take your old kit in part-exchange. We can even recycle your old stuff for you free of charge with Data Destruction for your own peace of mind.
Can't bring your Mac to us ? No problem, we'll come to you. This costs £80 + VAT per hour (a one-off per calendar month call out charge of £50 + VAT may apply depending on where you are). Geographical limits and minimum on-site times applicable. Out of office hours appointments at double rates.
Our Apple Remote Support is popular with our SOHO clients and 'Silver Surfer' clients. This gives you general Apple Remote Support by Email, Phone and Teamviewer. This costs £150 + VAT per user per Mac annually. If you just need occasional help, bring your Mac to our office by appointment at a cost of £80 + VAT per hour.
Broken Mac ? With over 36 years professional experience in the Apple industry, chances are that we can repair your Mac. Apple doesn't normally look at anything over 6 years old but bring it to us and we we'll take a look at it for you to see if we can fix it. If we can't fix it, there is just an inspection charge of £80 + VAT to pay. Faulty kit not collected from us within 3 months will be recycled.

Bring your dead Mac (or hard disk) to us and we will attempt data recovery. Other companies charge per hour or per Gb of data recovered but we charge a fixed price of £295 + VAT for any data up to 1Tb recovered or £395 + VAT for up to 2Tb. If we can't recover any data, we just charge for 1 hour of Support time @ £80 + VAT.
Please provide a blank external drive to recover your data onto or we can supply a 1Tb SSD for £99 + VAT or a 2Tb SSD for £149 + VAT.
Please note that it can take a good few days or even weeks to recover data and we cannot guarantee the integrity of the data.
Macs are becoming less upgradable but depending on which Mac you have, we can upgrade the performance of it by upgrading the RAM or upgrading the olde worlde slow hard disk drive to a fast SSD (Solid State Drive). We can also upgrade the OS and can also install older versions no longer available from Apple (this takes about half a day but normally only charge 1.5 hours Support Time). Got a new Mac ? Need the data from your old one to your new one migrating ? We can do that for you (this can take a day depending on how much data you have and we normally charge for 2 hours Support Time). All businesses need a website (how else will clients/customers find you, your details and what you do). Need a quick website doing ? We can get you up and running with a basic one like this and setup an email address for just £195 + VAT (excludes domain and hosting fees).
If your current Mac can't run the latest version of macOS (currently macOS 15 Sequoia), then maybe it's time to get a newer one. Please call to see what your old Mac may be worth when you trade it in for a newer one with us.
If they're too old, we can recycle them for you free of charge (we will even destroy the data on the drives to make it unrecoverable).

After an error stopping my MacBook Pro Retina 13" from booting up and very little support directly from Apple, Dilip at Native Systems was able to recover all of the data and reinstall the Mac Operating System within a few days and at short notice.
Over and above, he also made a number of minor repairs to the hardware and provided us with all of the recovered data in a professional and courteous service.
